Cross country skiing
There is a big web of cross country skitracks around Arvidsjaur town. It is 11 km of lighted tracks and 40 km without lights. In March every year, the tracks around town are connected with the tracks at Vittjåkk mountain. There is a map of the tracks at the biathlon stadium across the road from Camp Gielas. The tracks are usually open from the middle of November until the end of April.
