Hike to Låktatjåkko, Sweden’s highest situated mountain lodge
We start this hike in the forest down at Låktatjåkka Railway Station. After a short hike upwards we pass the tree line and follow the river. We hike through the Wolf Pass and after app. 7kilometres we reach Låktatjåkka Mountain Station and we’re rewarded with a magnificent view! We rest at the Mountain Station for a while and enjoy our lunch package or treat ourselves to the famous “Låkta waffle”. After lunch we continue down towards Björkliden over the great flat land Rakkaslako. The hike is app. 16kilometres.
This tour is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
Note! Bring your own lunch package or purchase lunch at the mountain station. Transfer is not included in the price.
