ICEHOTEL Productions - The Ice factory
Visit ICEHOTEL Productions, the ice factory where next winter’s ICEHOTEL lies in waiting in the form of thousands of blocks of crystal clear ice. When the doors glide open, the cold hits you and your breath forms small clouds of vapour in the air, although the sun is high in the sky outside.
Just like ICEHOTEL itself, the ice factory remains at a constant temperature of minus 5°C. Guided tours are arranged daily at ICEHOTEL Productions for our summer guests between June 10 and August 22. You get to learn more about how we build ICEHOTEL and get an unique insight in one the world's most unique factories.
10/6-24/6, 1/8-22/8:
Guided tours in Swedish: 10 am and 2 pm.
Guided tours in English: 12 noon and 4 pm.
25/6-31/7:
Guided tours in Swedish: 10 am, 12 noon, 2 and 4 pm.
Guided tours in English: 11 am, 1, 3 and 5 pm.
Admission fee is SEK 100, tickets can be bought at the ICEHOTEL reception in Jukkasjärvi. All guided tours are rounded up in ABSOLUT ICEBAR JUKKASJÄRVI (inside a cold facility) where you can relax and buy ice drinks.
ABSOLUT ICEBAR JUKKASJÄRVI is open for everyone and everyday between June 25 to July 31 from 6 pm to 10 pm.
