Snowmobile & Ice fishing
With snowmobile we drive through the wintry landscape, a journey of about 10 km. At the frozen shore, we learn about ice fishing, an old method for fishing on waters covered by ice. We drill holes in the meter-thick ice and enjoy the excitement while watching the icy fishing line that links us to the life underneath the ice. We prepare our wilderness lunch over the fire and listen to fishing stories, sometimes with only segments of truth. We pack our catch for the day before we begin the journey back to Svanstein Lodge.
