Experience nature and culture in Sápmi together with a outdoor professional – a Sámi guide from the area.

You will travel through the winter landscape in Laponia World Heritage Area on traditional Sámi forest skis just outside of Sápmi Nature Camp.
You will stop to prepare an outdoor lunch around the open fire – a memorable and unusual lunch break! As you continue your experience, you will discover the hidden signs from the long land use by the Sámi people in this area. you will also notice the natural wonders of this Taiga forest and learn more about the eight seasons in Sápmi.
This half day activity is available Dec 1 – March 31, 3 times per week. It includes a Sámi guide and pathfinder, outdoor lunch and warm clothes for outdoor, Arctic experience in Sápmi.
