No people, no cars and no noise, just you and nature!

Stress.

Everywhere today, stress is a major issue. In todays urbanized culture there is sometimes hard to find a place for some peace and quiet. In the UNESCO Laponia World Heritage, also sometimes called “the last wilderness of Europe”, you have spectacular opportunities to experience that quiet room that we all so very much need. No people, no cars and no noise, just you and nature! The perfect refuge from a hectic city life.

From Stora Sjöfallet Mountains Center you will go by car to Teusadalen, where you get a guided tour up to our camp. On arrival you will get a hot drink, a reindeer-hide and a secluded, safe place to sit on. Here you will sit in solitude to experience that overwhelming silent atmosphere that Laponia World Heritage offers. While you relax in the atmosphere your guide will be preparing a campfire. You will later gather again at the camp and enjoy a traditional meal of Suovas. You enjoy your food, make some coffee over the open fire and talk about your experience of the day. The tour is finished again when returning to the hotel.
