Explore the North’s main interest is to make you feel at home and well taken care of. The restaurant serves a traditional well made food with local secret recipes. It is located in Kangos, a small village 150 km north of the Arctic Circle. One of the owners, Johan, he grew up in Kangos and has been living is this magic with Pine tree forests, lakes and rivers which make this landscape a beautiful place. If you want to experience a real adventure out in the wilderness this is the place for you! Here you come as a guest and leave as a friend, and that is something Sara, Johan and their guides always try to live up to by having small groups and a relaxed role as guides. Dining room for 60 people, bar, lounge and a sauna. 2 Buildings with 17 double rooms and 1 family room with on suit facilities. The main lodge situated just beside a beautiful lake in the middle of the forest. The sauna and relax room have a view over the wilderness lake. Visit the restaurant for a good meal made out of the locally produced food from Lapland. After dinner you can enjoy a drink/ beer in the lounge bar.
4 double rooms with on suit facilities. The smaller lodge situated on a hill with old Pine tree forest around and the lake just outside the window. A small lounge area with a big open fire stove that makes the evening complete. For a private moment there is a small “loft” with books.

Northern Light Cabins
3 cabins, 2-4 beds with on suit facilities, 1 bedroom and 1 room with a bed sofa. In the bigger room there is an open fire stove to have a cozy fire in the evening after being out on adventures in Lapland.
These cabins are traditional fishing & hunting cabins that is used in the winter time for overnight adventure tours. Fire stove to heat the cabin, outdoor toilet, no running water. The cabins are often placed very beautiful in the wilderness by lakes or rivers. A break from the sound.
