Despite the long history, sauna has kept its popularity from ancient to modern times.

Do you have a hard time imaging that you would go to a warm room and just sit there? This more active version of the sauna evening is a combination of training and relaxing afterwards. The method increases metabolism, removal of toxins and has positive effect on sleeping. The 1-hour training session is done in a mild 40-50 degrees warm sauna. It requires no previous experience on other sports and is suitable for people of all ages. After the training session it will be wonderful to take off the training clothes, have a refreshing shower and continue enjoying the sauna evening.
