The Luleå archipelago has over 1300 islands and approxemately 100 residents.

The islands are diverse, some sand, some forested and in winter it is a frozen wilderness. The waters of the Archipelago and the Bay of Bothnia can freeze up to a meter thick. Perfect for an exploritory snow mobile and sled tour. Your guide will show you the islands, small fishing villages, wildlife and together you will search of the many varieties of snow mountain which can be found as the ice pack moves. The opportunity to explore the Archipelago sitting in a sled is a comfortable and fun way to see a unique wilderness environment.

This 3-4 hour activity available from Janury – March includes:

  • Winter overalls, boots, socks, warm gloves
  • Lunch is included in the 4 hour tour and coffee in the 3 hour tour
